Amelia is gluten sensitive, so we make lots of things without gluten. However, she has found that using organic flour dramatically reduces her gluten sensitivity. We’re not sure why or how, but if you don’t have a gluten allergy or Celiac’s Disease, you might give organic flour a try to see if your sensitivity to gluten is reduced or removed.
