Oil Free Vegan Recipes
If weight loss is your goal, cutting out oil is essential. Ounce for ounce, oil packs more calories than almost every other food. And despite what some people claim, a calorie is a calorie so if you eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight. Even if they’re from healthy sources.
A lot of our vegan recipes use oil to sauté veggies, but not as a main ingredient. Any time you see that, just substitute double the vegetable broth for the oil and you’ve made yourself an oil free vegan recipe.
