This Steamed Asparagus w/ Vegan Hollandaise Sauce is a real treat. You can obviously eat the steamed asparagus without Vegan Hollandaise Sauce to reduce the calories, but the sauce makes it extra decadent.
Asparagus is one of my favorite veggies.
