  1. Spread 1/3 cup hummus on half of each wrap staying about 1/2 inch inside the edges.
  2. Cover the hummus with 1/4 of the avocado and your other favorite veggies.
  3. Roll the wrap tightly, folding in one side after the first roll to keep all the ingredients inside the wrap.
