Balsamic Marinated Baked Tofu
This Balsamic Marinated Baked Tofu recipe is easy and fast to prepare. It pairs well with some diced acorn squash, beet greens or your favorite side dish.

  1. Wrap the tofu in a paper towel or cheesecloth and press it under a heavy pot to remove excess moisture for about 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, tamari and maple syrup.
  4. Slice the tofu into 12 thin rectangular pieces.
  5. Place tofu in a baking dish.
  6. Pour marinade over tofu and flip to coat both sides evenly.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping tofu after 10 minutes.
  8. Enjoy with your favorite side dishes.

Serving size is 3 pieces of tofu or 1/4 of the package.
