This Chickpea Avocado Spread is a delicious and healthy spread for your sandwiches or as a dip for your veggies. It’s loaded with protein and healthy fat.

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas and place in a bowl.
  2. Mash chickpeas with a fork.
  3. Cut avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out into the bowl with the chickpeas.
  4. Mash again to combine the chickpeas and avocado.
  5. Add lemon juice, lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well.
