  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Assemble your ingredients.
  3. Pour all ingredients except the optional chocolate chips into a food processor.
  4. Process until blended, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  5. Remove the blade and add the optional vegan chocolate chips.
  6. Stir to combine. Don’t blend.
  7. Scoop into tablespoons and place on a non-stick cookie sheet. You can roll them into a ball and press with your fingers or a fork if desired.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until they’ve firmed up.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes, then satisfy your chocolate cravings!
