chocolate pudding
vegan sugar-free

peanut butter

tsp
salt

instant coffee

water
Instructions
Drain tofu.
Add tofu, salt, coffee, water and peanut butter to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the pudding powder to the blender and blend until evenly mixed. You may need to add extra water depending on how wet your tofu is.
Refrigerate until the pudding thickens, at least 2 hours. Follow the pudding package instructions.
Enjoy plain or topped with fresh raspberries.
