  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut each corn tortilla into 8 equal triangle corn chips.
  3. Place each corn chip on a Silpat or baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 8 to 15 minutes, depending on the type and thickness of corn tortillas. The chips should break easily when bent, but shouldn’t be burned.
  5. Enjoy with salsa or dipping hot sauce.
