  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut each pita pocket into 8 equal triangles.
  3. Separate each triangle into 2 pieces so you’ll have 16 triangle pieces from each pita loaf.
  4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 7 to 10 minutes until crispy.
  5. Serve with your favorite hummus or dipping sauce.
