  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Drain the garbanzo beans, rinse and pour them onto a towel. Pat to slightly dry.
  3. Put the beans in a bowl and remove any skins that come lose.
Let’s Cook
  1. Add the olive oil, salt and garlic powder to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Place the beans on a cookie sheet and spread evenly.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.
