garbanzo beans

olive oil

Instructions
Ingredient Prep
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain the garbanzo beans, rinse and pour them onto a towel. Pat to slightly dry.
Put the beans in a bowl and remove any skins that come lose.
Let’s Cook
Add the olive oil, salt and garlic powder to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Place the beans on a cookie sheet and spread evenly.
Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.
