This vegan apple pie is simply delicious. No one will know it’s vegan so use it to show your friends and family how amazing vegan food can taste.

  1. Prepare Mom’s Famous Pie Crust first.
  2. Preheat the oven to 435 degrees.
  3. Peel and slice the apples.
  4. Add the apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon to a large bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie pan and dot with vegan butter.
  6. Place the top pie crust over the apples according to the pie crust directions.
Let’s Cook
  1. Bake at 435 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. Lower the temperature to 360 degrees and continue baking for 45 to 50 minutes or until nicely browned around the edges.
  3. Remove from oven and cool on a rack.
  4. Enjoy with a scoop of nice-cream.
