Instructions
  1. Heat 3 tbsp veggie broth in a large pot.
  2. Add garlic and chopped onion. Sauté covered until soft, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add chopped carrots and cook covered for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the 8 cups veggies broth.
  5. Add the cabbage, white beans, tomatoes, kale, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, paprika and red pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Simmer until veggies are tender, about 90 minutes.
