Cherry Pie
This vegan cherry pie recipe is just like a regular cherry pie, only with vegan butter instead of real butter. You can’t taste any difference.

  1. Prepare Mom’s Famous Pie Crust first.
  2. Preheat the oven to 435 degrees.
  3. Add the cherries, sugar, flour and almond extract to a large bowl and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie pan and dot with vegan butter as shown.
  5. Place the top pie crust over the cherries according to the pie crust directions.
Let’s Cook
  1. Bake at 435 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. Lower the temperature to 360 degrees and continue baking for 45 to 50 minutes or until nicely browned around the edges.
  3. Remove from oven and cool on a rack.
  4. Enjoy with a scoop of nice-cream.
