Falafel
This Vegan Falafel is great by itself with Tahini Salad Dressing for dipping, but it’s also a nice companion for your Falafel Salad or Falafel Sandwich.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Add all dry ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  2. Add lemon juice and hot water to the bowl and stir until just mixed. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat an electric griddle to 350 degrees or heat a non-stick skillet on medium.
  4. Drop heaping tablespoons of batter onto griddle and cook until batter begins to set around the edges, about 3 minutes.
  5. Flip falafels and continue to cook until firm, about another 3 minutes.
  6. Enjoy with Tahini Salad Dressing for dipping, or with your favorite falafel dish.
