  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice the baguette and place on a non-stick baking sheet or silpat.
  3. Coat the top of each slice with a thin layer of vegan butter.
  4. Sprinkle a little garlic salt over the slices.
  5. Place in the oven for 8 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle with dried parsley for garnish.
