Let’s Cook the Tofu
  1. Heat the veggie broth and sesame oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add cubed tofu and saute about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Let’s Cook the Green Beans
  1. Combine the red chili paste, brown sugar, tamari and lime juice in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Using the same skillet, heat the remaining veggie broth. Add the green beans and sauce and saute until crisp tender, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the tofu to the skillet and stir to combine. Heat for an additional minute.
  4. Serve with brown rice.
