Seitan & Swiss Chard
This quick an easy Vegan Seitan Swiss Chard recipe takes only a few minutes to prepare and it’s great for your weight loss goals.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Assemble your ingredients. Chop the veggies.
  3. Add the onions and seitan to a medium casserole dish. Add the veggie broth and toss to coat.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Stir half way through.
  5. Add the chard, garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes and salt. Stir to mix.
  6. Return to the oven and bake until the greens are wilted, about 10 minutes. Stir halfway through.
  7. Add the lemon juice. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
  8. Serve with a sweet potato or brown rice.
