Instructions
  1. Toast the dry flour in a saucepan over low heat until aromatic. About 3 minutes.
  2. Whisk in nutritional yeast and spices.
  3. Slowly stir in vegetable broth and continue to whisk to break up any clumps of flour.
  4. Add soy sauce and mustard and stir well.
  5. Continue to cook over low heat until gravy thickens and becomes bubbly.
