Most of the soup recipes we make are great for your weight loss goals since they’re so low in calories. If you pair soup with a Hearty Side Salad (no oil in the dressing), they make a great lunch combo.
Remember to sauté your veggies in vegetable broth, water or wine instead of oil. That’ll cut way down on the calories, and oil isn’t a whole plant food (it’s a processed, refined fat) so it’s best to avoid it.
